FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO JOIN US AT BREATHE MODERN MEDITATION

STEP 1 – STOP

Follow this guide in order to schedule and pay for a Breathe Modern Meditation class. First click on one of the “Book A Class” Links or Buttons on our top menu bar and website and you will be taken to the Punch Pass Scheduling Program, from there click on  “Create Account” and follow the steps, or if you already have an account, click on “Sign In”. If you would like to book a single session, click on “Schedule-List” or “Schedule-Calendar” review the classes and find the meditation session that fits into your life schedule. Click on it to reserve and pay for your space in the meditation room. If you would like to buy a discounted multiple session pass then click on  “Purchase a Pass Online” The system will track your Class credits and reservations. Seating is limited so please avoid disappointment by always reserving a space prior to arriving to a scheduled meditation session. A comfy chair will be there waiting for you!

STEP 2 – PAUSE

Come dressed as you are 10 minutes before the scheduled meditation session. There is no need to wear any special clothing. Come in your suit directly from work, gym attire, or casual clothes. The main thing is to get here so you can receive the life changing benefits of meditation.  It is imperative that you arrive prior to your scheduled class time.Once the meditation sessions have commenced, late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the studio. A sign will be posted on the door stating meditation class is in session to inform you that no one will be permitted to enter the studio at this time. For the benefit of all our meditators, please do not knock on the door when a meditation class is in session. Please wait quietly on the front patio until you are invited into the studio.

STEP 3 – BREATHE

Upon arrival to our city oasis 10 minutes before your scheduled class, enter building quietly and check in at front desk. Please turn off your phone, remove your shoes, and place these items and all other worldly distractions into your cubby cube in the back of the studio. Take a seat in a comfy chair and quietly settle in to let go of your worries and begin your peaceful guided meditation. Please do not leave the session early as this disturbs your fellow meditators. Relax and give yourself this time to be in the now.
